Eschalot Booking Terms & Conditions – please read carefully
The following sittings are for 2 hours only:
Friday night 5:45pm ONLY (no restrictions apply to other times)
Saturday & Sunday lunch 12:00pm & 2:30pm
Saturday dinner 5:45pm ONLY (no restrictions apply to other times)
All other sittings **are not** time restricted
There are no sitting times in our outdoor pavilion
All bookings require 24 hours notice of cancellation or change of numbers, this includes any COVID, illness or emergency related cancellations or changes. Special events / group bookings of 10 or more require 72 hours notice. The pre-authorisation will be charged for any cancellations outside these cancellation times.
Groups of 7 or more are required to have our chefs’ ‘feed me’ menu. Any dietary requirements on tables of 2 or 3 will apply to the entire table if the chef’s ‘feed me’ menu is selected.
We do not have a bar or indoor waiting area so advise arriving at the time of your reservation. Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your booking time, please advise us if you are running late.
Most allergies and intolerances can be catered for upon request at time of booking. We can not specifically cater for all dietary preferences or people on limited / elimination diets. We may not be able to cater for allergies and intolerances if we are not made aware of these needs at time of booking.
Restaurant closes at 4:30pm to prepare for dinner service.
15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
We are a SMOKE FREE venue, please leave the grounds should you wish to smoke.
Children are welcome but must be monitored by parents / guardians at all times. Caregivers are required to ensure there is no disturbance to other diners.
You agree to contact the restaurant if you have any changes, updates or need to cancel your reservation.
Special requests including specific seating will be considered but can not be guaranteed.
If you use our Sites and Services, you will receive communication via electronic messages, including email, text message/SMS, or mobile push notifications in accordance with the venue’s privacy policy. If you no longer want to be part of the venues customer database or to be contacted in this manner, please contact the venue in which you made the reservation to be removed.
